Our Twinkle Tots classes are a magical first step into the world of dance. Designed especially for little ones, these playful sessions focus on developing fundamental movement skills such as balance, coordination, and rhythm, all through music, imagination, and fun. With gentle guidance, your toddler will build confidence, explore creative movement, and enjoy the joy of dancing while making their very first dance friends.
Twinkle Stars
For ages 3-4 years
Twinkle Stars is the next step on your child’s dance journey, building on the movement skills they’ve already begun to explore. At this stage, children develop greater balance, coordination, and musicality while being introduced to more creative elements of dance. Through imaginative play and gentle structure, they’ll grow in confidence, expression, and joy—sparkling a little brighter with every class.

For ages 2-4 years
This class gently introduces our youngest dancers to beginner tap through fun songs and games. In a safe, playful setting, they’ll build body awareness, improve coordination, and discover the joy of rhythm.

Can my child try a class before enrolling?
Absolutely! We offer a 4-week trial for just £20. Think of it like a class pass, your child can try as many classes in their age group as they like during those four weeks. It’s a great way for them to explore, find their favourites, and settle in before choosing the right class for them.

What should my child wear to class?
Comfortable clothing like leggings, joggers, or shorts with a t-shirt is perfect for moving freely. We will do our best to find a pair of dance shoes they can borrow while they settle in.
Comfy clothes they can move in! Barefoot or sneakers are fine for most beginner classes.
Do you hold performances or showcases?
Yes! We celebrate with an informal end-of-year showcase, plus a spectacular biannual school production at the Queen’s Theatre in Barnstaple. Our performance company also shines at community events throughout the year.
